Terms, Policy & Agreement for Participation in the Bounty Hunter Event (Plus)

  • Clients are required to provide the following information and documents for both themselves ("Client Information") and their targeted individual ("Target Information"): (a)Valid government-issued identification (e.g., Driver's License, National ID, Passport). (b) Relevant financial details, including bank account information, if requested.

  • A non-refundable deposit is mandatory and must be paid in cryptocurrency to the Organizer's official wallet address. (a) USD $5,000 (for low-profile targets). (b) USD $25,000 (for high-profile targets). (c) Accepted cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH).

  • Clients must prepare and submit any additional documents requested by the Organizer during the registration or operational phase.

  • By participating, Clients agree not to report, sue, or seek legal action against the Organizer under any circumstances, including but not limited to: (a) Local, Regional, or National Police Authorities. (b) Courts of Law, including Local, Regional, and Supreme Courts. (c) Human Rights Committees or Ministries, including the Ministry of Law, Human Rights, Social Affairs, Trade, or the President’s Office.

  • All deposits are non-refundable, even in cases of failure or inability to complete the bounty.

  • If the Organizer determines that maximum reasonable efforts have been made but the target remains unattainable, the Client may be eligible for a partial refund.

  • Partial refunds are capped at 20% of the unused portion of the Client's payment, based on expenses already incurred by the Organizer.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing, and the Organizer retains sole discretion in assessing refund eligibility.Clients must comply with all terms and requirements stated in this agreement.

  • Failure to meet any of the requirements may result in the Client becoming a target of the bounty themselves.

  • The Client acknowledges full understanding of and agreement to these terms and policies.

  • The Client consents to all stated clauses, including liability limitations and penalty conditions.
